Wednesday, we went to the convention center and met with other people from the central state group. We participated in worship. We met in small groups and discussed the steps of discipleship: serve, prayer, worship, invite, study, give, encourage. Rain sent us back to the hotel until it was time to walk to the Super Dome. It was our night to be on the floor. Some of the kids enjoyed participating in the conga line and standing six rows back from the stage.
We heard speaker Shane Claiborne who worked in Calcutta with Mother Teresa. We also heard testimonies from Valerie Rivas and Megan Stubbs.
Each night we share family time to process our day.
